We keep hearing about the importance of talent identification and management. We thought our friends and customers would like to know about a new tool: the High Potential Candidate Assessment Report from Hogan Assessments.
The High Potential Candidate Assessment Report allows employers to identify top candidates in relation to specific business competencies. It is based on research from a global sample of more than a thousand executive MBA program graduates. This sample group represents one of the highest-level talent pools ever used to create a profile of high potential candidates for leadership roles. The assessment involves three instruments and provides a highly integrated view of the candidate's strengths and challenges.
Visit our site and obtain a sample report for more information.

i am a pretty calm down to earth individual but i have never passed a personality test no matter how i answer maybe if i knew what they were reading about me maybe i would have a chance at cvs, target, kmart, mejier, hospitals, or specifically the hilton family hotels
You don't "pass" or "fail" a personality test - it just describes how you are different from others. Also, if you are "trying" to pass any of these tests, you are likely coming across as a very unusual person - instead of yourself!
You might want to consider taking one yourself - there are many available online - to see what the assessments are suggesting about you. And that, by the way, is all these assessments do - they do not say you are this or that, only that you have tendencies to do this or that. The whole idea behind training is that we can all do things that may not be comfortable. For example, you can be a salesperson even if you are shy - but it requires you to learn how to approach customers and ask questions - something that may not be comfortable for you.
So if you take a personality assessment, be sure in your interview to highlight qualities that you think are important to the potential job.
You can take a free assessment at a few places, including:

By the way, once you get your 4 Myers Briggs letters, you can refer to the book "Do What You Are" which highlights the types of jobs that you are likely most suited for.
