Leading Textbook Notes Contribution of Clark Wilson

More than three decades ago, Clark Wilson Ph.D. developed the first 360 feedback surveys for organization development applications based on his Task Cycle® theory. The following excerpt from the 7th edition of Organizational Behavior, a leading industrial psychology textbook, appears in a two-page article in Chapter One: “Many attempts have been made over the years to paint a realistic picture of what managers do … Fortunately, a stream of research over the past 20 years by Clark Wilson and others has given us a practical and statistically validated profile of managerial skills.” Authors: Kreitner and Kinicki, newly published by McGraw-Hill Irwin.

Clark Wilson Group has invested heavily in product development throughout the history of the Task Cycle Surveys.
